Where do I begin?
Just click 'Sign Up' in the top right hand corner, and enter your basic information. An email will be sent out for you to verify your information and activate your account. Once answered (by clicking on a link in the email) you will be able to access My Event Space - your organized management area with access to all features.

How much does it cost to use eventspace.com?
Nothing. Nada. Zero. Zip. Yup - its free. You can use any feature of the site for absolutely no charge even if you plan on adding a public event space or service - or if you run an event-related business and would like to list it on EventSpace.com.

What can I do on eventspace.com?
Any task related to event planning and execution can be accomplished on EventSpace.com. You can invite guests to parties, find that perfect space or caterer for your event, keep in touch with friends who are planning their parties, learn about events in your area; all this and so much more. We suggest you sign up, and have some fun - after all, it is free to use.

How can I find an event space for my event?
After you have signed up, you can begin to locate the perfect Event Space by clicking on 'New Event.' This requires you to enter basic event details that will help the system determine which spaces would be ideal for your event. We will offer space suggestions that you can review and save for future reference. You can also browse the site at any time and save spaces to the 'My Event Space' area. Once you have selected the ideal space for your event, you can click 'Book for Event' to contact the space and reserve your date. In the near future, we will be introducing more advanced tools to refine the way you find Event Spaces and Services.

After you have added at least one event to 'My Event Space,' you can browse or search the site and save any service provider to your profile. After it has been saved, you can click on 'Use For Event' in the listing and apply it to the event of your choice. Multiple Event Service Providers can be used for a single event.

Yes, and you can save them to use again and again later. When you click 'Add an Event' in 'My Event Space,' you have the option to enter a private space or use a previous listing that you have entered before. You can also see the spaces that you have added under 'Added Spaces' in 'My Event Space'. There is no charge to add a private space to EventSpace.com, and it remains hidden from the public.

Is EventSpace.com only available in the US?
At this time, while we are in Alpha and Beta testing, EventSpace.com will only list available properties in the US. We have plans for launching EventSpace.com in he UK, Canada and select parts of Europe. Announcements will be made through our messaging system, and we recommend that you become a user so you can stay up to date on all our new features.
